The Pielgrzymowice farm has a multi-generational tradition. The current owners, Marlena and Piotr, are involved in cereal cultivation and animal husbandry.

Jersey milk

Milk from Jersey cows, commonly referred to as Jerseys, is widely regarded as the best raw material for cheese production. It is also perfect for everyday consumption. Its characteristic feature is its creamy colour, resulting from its high carotene content. It is also distinguished by its high fat content (6-8%) and protein content (around 4%) and contains more minerals, including calcium, than other types of milk. It is better absorbed by people with lactose intolerance than milk from other cow species.
