The farm of Mr and Mrs Malcher has a tradition of more than 100 years. It has always been home to dairy cattle and dairy products made from milk. The taste of these products was known to all household members as well as neighbours.

The Góra Sera brand reflects the owners' attachment to their land.  

 

The tradition of preparing curd cheese had been present at Mr and Mrs Malcher's home for many years. The recipes handed down by grandmother and the flavours remembered from childhood have made it possible to prepare a product that is 100% natural, homemade and familiar. The handmade curd is produced exclusively from milk sourced from cows reared right on one's own farm. As the owners of Góra Sera say - nothing else is needed to produce Frykas Babci Krysi except a dash of passion and time. 

What deserves attention is the name of the curd, which refers to the person of grandmother Krysia, who made curd in the house of Mr. and Mrs. Malcher, and then passed the recipe to the next generation. 

Curd cheese Frykas Babci Krysi in June 2023 won first place in the competition 'Kryształowy ser - competition for the best cheese in the Silesian Voivodship' in the fresh cheese category.
