Who said garlands can only be made of flowers? Jolanta Brandys and her husband Tomasz run the farm in Mizerów and have been growing garlic in the picturesque fields of the Pszczyna district for many years. After it has been harvested, they dry it together with the stalks to make their own garlands and braids out of it, which serve as kitchen decorations. 
Garlic garlands work well as a seasoning for dishes, giving them a distinct flavour and aroma. Besides, it is an absolute leader in the world of medicinal plants - being a natural antibiotic, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fighting infections.
