The characteristic mound of nuts, soaked in spirit, decorated with whipped cream and fresh fruit is particularly well-known in the Pszczyna region, where it has many enthusiasts.
This dessert has been certified with the 'Silesian Flavours' certificate since 2012, confirming that the recipe is in line with tradition.
