This traditional Silesian dish, known since the inter-war period, over time has become increasingly popular. Today it is the most popular dinner dish in Silesia, prepared by housewives for various occasions.

In the 'Zacisze' restaurant, the dish is prepared with meat and vegetables from local producers from the Pszczyna district.   

The dish has been awarded the "Silesian Flavours" certificate, confirming that the recipe complies with tradition.
