Pszczyna Kopa

Kopa is a cake that has been on Silesian tables for a long time. Pszczyńska kopa consists of sponge cake, nuts, buttercream and a large amount of spirit. It is topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit. It is a simple dessert to make, although - due to its content - quite expensive. However, it is so special that it cannot be missing from any major celebration in the Pszczyna region.
