Fetunia - cheese made from milk of Jersey cows
Milk from Jersey cows is widely regarded as the best raw material for cheese production, as well as for everyday consumption.
Fetunia is a cheese made from whole milk treated with bacterial cultures and matured in brine. Produced without the addition of artificial preservatives, colourings or other enhancers. It has a distinctive taste, with a salty and spicy aftertaste that goes well with vegetables, olive oil and seafood.. Fetunia can be baked, added to fillings and served in salads or snacks. The fat content of the cheese is up to 40% - quite a lot for a cheese, but it is a top quality product that offers us a rich dose of wholesome protein (over 14%), calcium, vitamin A, vitami K, sodium and a large dose of natural probiotics, which support the intestinal microflora, and thus support the body's immunity.
